&lt;p&gt;En 2022, les traitements indiciaires bruts des fonctionnaires de l'&#201;tat ont augment&#233; en moyenne de 2,1% alors que l'inflation a &#233;t&#233; de 5,2 %. Ce d&#233;calage important de 3,1 % n&#233;cessite un rattrapage. L'UNSA Fonction Publique revendique une augmentation significative et urgente de la r&#233;mun&#233;ration de tous les agents publics. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; Un d&#233;calage important entre l'inflation et les traitements en 2022 &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En mati&#232;re de r&#233;mun&#233;ration, l'UNSA revendique l'augmentation de la part indiciaire et du point d'indice, la revalorisation des carri&#232;res et des grilles indiciaires de cat&#233;gorie A, la revalorisation cons&#233;quente de l'indemnisation des jours de CET et l'abondement des enveloppes NBI. &lt;p&gt;La fin de l'ann&#233;e scolaire a sonn&#233; hier mais comme chaque ann&#233;e la DRH planifie des r&#233;unions au c&#339;ur de l'&#233;t&#233;. Celles-ci sont bien souvent d'une importance capitale pour les mois ou ann&#233;es suivantes. Nous avons tous en m&#233;moire l'annonce il y a un an de la bascule dans le RIFSEEP. En 2022 la DRH choisit l'&#233;t&#233; pour exposer les modalit&#233;s d'organisation des &#233;lections professionnelles autrement que par des diaporamas succincts. &lt;p&gt;Les mesures annonc&#233;es lors de la conf&#233;rence salariale du 26/08/2022 sont importantes m&#234;me si elles ne r&#233;pondent pas &#224; toutes nos revendications, en particulier, en mati&#232;re de valeur du point d'indice. Point d'indice &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; Les 3,5 % correspondant &#224; un co&#251;t de 7,47 milliards &#8364;. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
L'UNSA demande d'ores et d&#233;j&#224; une nouvelle conf&#233;rence salariale afin de pouvoir tenir compte des &#233;volutions de l'inflation. &lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Un nouveau chantier va s'ouvrir autour de la r&#233;mun&#233;ration de tous les agents, fonctionnaires (&#8230;)&lt;/p&gt;
